Don't You Need To Will Yourself To Change?

Does one not have to 'will' themselves to change? Your website seems to favor emotional awareness over thought awareness, however do not automatic negative thinking patterns breed negative emotions? Is not thought awareness the more crucial of the two? I find your website fascinating however and am curious to know your thoughts on what I have mentioned.

Both RB and emotions trigger thoughts. You cannot “will” a behavioral change. Stilling the mind enables RB to make better choices. RB acts to still the mind only by acquiring the knowledge of the process and the benefits. It needs to be convinced of the need for change and know the methods of stilling emotions. RB is not a mystic free will, but the most powerful intelligence in the known world.
